Telehealth Visit
Sometimes called telemedicine, lets your health care provider care for you without an in-person office visit. Telehealth is online with internet access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. We will treat a variety of health concerns online, but if your condition warrants, you may be asked to come in for an office visit. We do not conduct telehealth visits for controlled substances and hormone therapy refills.
After booking your appointment online, you MUST contact our front desk by phone 720-241-3765 to confirm your appointment.
