HIV Management
We will help you understand how HIV works in your body, your treatment options, how to prevent passing HIV to others, and the importance of getting and keeping an undetectable viral load and an optimal CD4 and CD8 count (White blood cells responsible for immunity). We will also take a complete medical history, conduct a physical exam, mental health assessment, and run lab tests to ensure you are on the best antiretroviral therapy (ART) as well as providing you the most up to date approach to managing HIV including mindfulness, exercise and diet. If you haven't already started medication, we will discuss a healthy strategy including HIV treatment.
