We prescribe exogenous hormone therapy for a variety of conditions based on a scientific and lab driven approach. In addition, we provide gender affirming hormone therapy.
Gender Affirming Care Policy Statement
Achieve Health follows the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care in providing comprehensive, evidence-based gender affirming treatment. In alignment with these standards, all patients
seeking gender affirming medical interventions are required to demonstrate ongoing engagement in mental health support for a minimum duration of three months prior to initiation of treatment and continuation of therapy of eight sessions per
year. This ensures that each individual receives integrated, supportive care addressing both psychological and medical needs, fostering safe, stable, and patient-centered outcomes.
