Immediate Care
You should visit our immediate care clinic if you have an acute illness or injury requiring attention from a medical professional. The services and conditions listed below can be managed at our clinic. If you illness is serious you may be directed to the nearest emergency room. If you do not see your condition listed here contact our office first before scheduling. You must be an established patient of Achieve Health to schedule an immediate care visit. We treat the following in our immediate care clinic:
- Sore throat
- Pink eye
- Asthma-related problems
- Removal of foreign objects
- Stitches and other laceration treatments
- Common cold & flu
- Allergic reactions (mild)
- Urinalysis and treatment
- Flu shots
- Head lice
- Sports or Specialty Physicals
- Insect or animal bites
- Ear infections
After submitting your appointment request, please expect a call from our team. It is important that you answer this call, as we will need your insurance information to confirm your visit.
Please note: If we are unable to reach you, your appointment request will be automatically cancelled. To reschedule, please call us directly at our clinic, 720-241-3765, with your insurance information and we will be happy to get you scheduled.
